How Spineshatter Market handles personal data.

What is collected and why

Service requests and scheduling

Data: Character name, faction, class, spec, Discord, contact field, preferred window, selected product, notes, quoted gold price.

Lawful basis: Steps requested before a service arrangement and legitimate interest in running a safe request desk.

Parse review requests

Data: Warcraft Logs URL, target parse, character context, and notes supplied by the player.

Lawful basis: Steps requested before a parse review and legitimate interest in qualifying requests honestly.

First-party analytics

Data: Page path, referrer, UTM fields, language, screen size, user agent, approximate geo headers when available, and hashed IP/session identifiers.

Lawful basis: Legitimate interest in understanding which pages lead to useful requests. No advertising cookies are used.

Notifications and operations

Data: Request details sent to configured email and Discord webhook destinations so staff can respond.

Lawful basis: Legitimate interest in operating the request queue and responding quickly.

Public proof ledger

Data: Only approved anonymized completed-request details: service title, class/spec, quote, completion date, and internal proof ID. Admin keeps the private consent note.

Lawful basis: Legitimate interest in showing real completed work while minimizing private data exposure after publication approval.

Retention guide

  • Request records: kept while needed for scheduling, dispute handling, and operational review.
  • Analytics records: reviewed periodically and intended for short operational history, not advertising profiles.
  • Approved proof rows: anonymized public fields can stay visible unless removal is requested and appropriate.
  • Notification copies: retained according to the configured email or Discord workspace settings.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You may also object to analytics by using the browser control on this page.

If a request cannot be completed because another obligation or legitimate operational need applies, staff will explain the reason.

Sharing and processors

Data may be stored in the site database, sent to configured staff email, sent to a Discord webhook, processed by the hosting server, and visible to authenticated admins. Data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising profiles.

Public proof never includes character names, Discord handles, email/contact fields, private notes, IP hashes, or raw Warcraft Logs URLs unless explicit permission is given for a specific publication.
